We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, performance, and legal compliance.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and may include taxes or fees where applicable. Payment must be completed before plan activation details are delivered.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for purchases made through your account.

4. Activation and Fair Use

Some plans activate on first network connection, while others activate immediately after installation. Plan validity and data allowances are shown at purchase.

Services are for lawful personal or business travel use. Abuse, automated misuse, unlawful activity, or network interference may result in suspension or termination.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on plan status, usage, and technical conditions. Activated or substantially used plans are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If you experience a verified service issue caused by Afro eSIM, contact support and we will review your case according to our refund standards.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming device compatibility, unlocking requirements, destination support, and proper eSIM installation steps before travel.

You agree not to reverse engineer, duplicate, resell without authorization, or misuse any part of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and service materials are owned by Afro eSIM or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afro eSIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where law provides otherwise.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Afro eSIM harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material updates are effective when posted with a revised effective date.
